Nitya Patro is a fully offline Nepali calendar. It does not create accounts, does not request internet access, and makes no network connections of any kind. There are no ads, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs that receive your data.
None. We do not collect, store on any server, or transmit any personal information. We have no servers and no way to receive your data.
Everything you create in the app — events, reminders, notes, your profile (name, date of birth, Rashi, Nakshatra) and an optional profile photo — is saved only in a local database and settings store on your device. If you add a profile photo, only the file path to the image on your device is stored; the image itself is never copied off your device.
Calendar month lengths, public holidays, festivals, tithi and panchang data ship inside the app as read-only files. No calendar data is downloaded at runtime.
The app uses notification and exact-alarm permissions solely to deliver the event, festival and reminder alerts you schedule, at the correct time, and to re-schedule them after your device restarts. The app declares no INTERNET permission. It does not access your contacts, location, calendar accounts, microphone or camera (photos are chosen through the system picker).
We never share your data because we never receive it. When you explicitly choose to share something (for example export a backup, share a note, or export a PDF), the file is handed to the app or contact you pick using your device's standard share sheet — entirely under your control.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can export a full JSON backup at any time, use "Clear all data" in Settings to erase everything, or uninstall the app to permanently remove all stored data.
The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children. It is suitable for all ages.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published within the app and at this URL, with a new "last updated" date.

महिनाको दिन गणना, सार्वजनिक बिदा, पर्व, तिथि र पञ्चाङ्ग एपभित्रै पढ्न-मात्र फाइलका रूपमा आउँछन्। कुनै पनि पात्रो डाटा चलाउँदा डाउनलोड हुँदैन।
एपले सूचना र exact-alarm अनुमति केवल तपाईंले तालिका बनाएका कार्यक्रम, पर्व र स्मरणका सूचना सही समयमा पठाउन र यन्त्र पुनः सुरु भएपछि पुनः तालिका मिलाउन प्रयोग गर्छ। एपले INTERNET अनुमति माग्दैन। यसले तपाईंको सम्पर्क, स्थान, क्यालेन्डर खाता, माइक्रोफोन वा क्यामेरा पहुँच गर्दैन।
